The Creative Cell Agency - Service Agreement
Welcome to The Creative Cell. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and establish the legal framework for our professional relationship. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Clients are required to pay 70% of the total project cost upfront before work commences. This initial payment serves as a commitment fee and enables us to allocate resources and begin project development.
Upon receipt of the 70% payment, we will create the project strictly according to the client's description and specifications provided during the initial consultation phase.
A preview version of the completed work will be shared with a watermark overlay once the initial payment is processed. This allows clients to review and verify the project meets their expectations before final payment.
The remaining 30% payment must be completed before the watermark is removed.
All projects will be delivered within the mutually agreed-upon deadline established during the project initiation phase. We are committed to meeting these deadlines while maintaining our high-quality standards.
If a client request early delivery to shorten the agreed deadline, an additional express fee will be charged. The express fee amount will be determined based on the timeline reduction requested and project complexity.
All work will be provided according to the client's description and requirements shared before the commencement of the project. We ensure strict adherence to the agreed specifications.
Any revisions requested by the client will be subject to the agreed scope of work. Revisions that fall outside the original project scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
All payments made to The Creative Cell are strictly non-refundable, regardless of project stage or outcome. This policy applies to both the initial 70% payment and the final 30% payment.
Clients are strongly encouraged to confirm their requirements clearly and thoroughly before initiating the project. We recommend detailed discussions during the consultation phase to ensure mutual understanding.
Our watermark system ensures complete transparency by allowing clients to verify and review their project before making the final payment. This system protects both parties and ensures satisfaction.
Once full payment is received, the unwatermarked, final version will be provided in the agreed format and quality specifications. All source files and deliverables will be transferred to the client.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work transfer to the client. However, The Creative Cell retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
All project communications should be conducted through official channels. Any changes to project requirements must be documented and agreed upon in writing.
The Creative Cell's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
